Iryna Mahalias is the Co-Founder & CEO of PLANEKS, where she helps founders and operators use digital transformation to unlock growth, especially in hospitality and eCommerce. Partnering with venture-backed startups and established brands, Iryna turns ideas into market-ready products by aligning business goals, customer experience, and lean delivery practices. Her work covers product discovery and MVP road-mapping, go-to-market planning, and the operating models that keep teams focused on measurable outcomes.

Iryna specializes in offshoring and nearshoring strategies—building distributed teams, designing vendor/partner engagement, and setting up governance, SLAs, and KPIs that keep delivery reliable at scale. In hospitality, she advises on guest-journey digitization (booking, loyalty, payments, and on-property experiences).

In eCommerce, she focuses on developing rich customer experiences to bring revenue, retention, and unit economics to business owners.
